TOPIC:  Meditation with Our own Mac & Joe
“We’ve had presentations in the past on the benefits of meditation: mindfulness, stroke prevention, senior health, acupuncture & other forms that have touched on how Western science & medicine have embraced this ancient practice. Joe & Mac practice meditation & will have a short presentation on “Single Point Meditation”, the oldest & most practiced form of this mental discipline.”

MorningsOUT Senior Social:  A social/educational discussion group for GBT men 50+, with occasional outings, speakers & events. Light refreshments served, but members' offerings are always appreciated.
